This is a very interesting bagpipe. Quality wood (cocuswood) with quality turning. Good consistency throughout. Interesting detail where the wood faces the mounts. The tops have an ivory disk pinned into place. I just don’t understanding the mounts of the tuning slides. This bagpipe would be an excellent candidate for a make-over in my opinion.
