I don’t know what to tell you about this other than it was an EBAY listing back in 2006 that identified the bagpipe as “G. Morrison, early 1800’s bagpipe.” The drones were stamped “G. Morrison” however I really haven’t found anything about this maker. The information to the right (see highlighted area) may or may not be helpful.
I regret not requesting more information. In studying the pictures, I’ve changed my mind regarding this bagpipe. The top-bead (on the rings) is interesting as well at the profile and details at the top of each tuning chamber.
