Maker of Uilleann and Highland pipes from Cork, Ireland. There not much information on him on the Internet. One source claims that he used Henderson bores on his Highland bagpipe. An ad appears in The Piping Times in 1957. His address is given as St. John’s Clifton, Montenotte Park, Cork, Ireland. There is a stamp on the tuning slide of the bagpipe directly below that says “Kennedy, Cork”
