Cocuswood. Six teeth standing. Take a close look at the beading on the bottom sections. The combing tool left one tooth quite wide. This seams pretty consistent throughout. Also, the spacing on the two tenor bottoms doesn’t match and the combing on one goes right into the lower projecting mount. The tops of the tuning pins are cut square. Otherwise, it’s quite a nice bagpipe. The cord-holders look “Edinburgh” but everything else looks like it might have come from Glasgow.
