This set came out of Waterloo County in Ontario. There are a few catalin replacement parts which are being replaced, as this set is in for restoration at this time. I have a strong feeling that, based on the profiles and details, this set influenced the work of MacKinnon and MacArthur or is otherwise somehow connected.
