I have nothing on this set except a few pictures with a chanter that says "Shiels" or "Shields" with "Dublin" stamped immediately below. Looks like shellac has been applied over the original finish and over sediment and debris. If anybody can help, this would be good. Charles Lamb was the silversmith and the date letter is 1915
