G. Morrison
I don't know what to tell you about this other than it was an EBAY listing back in 2006 that identified the bagpipe as "G. Morrison,
17 early 1800's bagpipe."  The drones were stamped "G. Morrison" however I really haven't found anything about this maker.  The information to the left (red arrow) may or may not be helpful. 

I regret not requesting more information however I'd put this bagpipe more at late 1800's based on what I see.  I think the listing also said "Laburnum" however the wood is obviously cocuswood.
