These bagpipes were made by Duncan Fraser, Greenock, and as such would have been made between 1871 and 1892. Note the huge circumference of the projecting mounts. I have not played a set however I'm told (by an owner) that they can be temperamental. Still a great piece of history and not a bad looking bagpipe at all.
